Q: If I have to wait for my car to arrive, will I be billed for my waiting time?

A: Our customers are privileged to free waiting time according to what type of car they have selected. Our operators checking all flights ETA's (for delays or earlier arrivals).
*Sedans - receive 30 minutes free on domestic and 60 minutes on international flights.
*SUVs - receive 30 minutes free on domestic and 60 minutes on international flights.

Q: How will I know when my car has arrived and who is my driver?

A: Your uniformed driver (suite and tie) will be holding a sign containing your name, which will make it easier for you to find him. The "meet and greet" is a great way to be welcomed by our company.

Q: What if I am unable to arrive in time for a reservation"No show"?
|

A: ALL no shows will be charged full rate. To avoid being charged you must:
1.Call toll free 1866-391-8510 so that one of our dispatchers can get in touch with the driver and help you to locate each other.
2.Call 1866-391-8510 or email in the event your plans or flight have been changed.

Q: If I need to cancel a pick up, what are the requiremients?
|

A: Airport services can be chaged or cancelled within up to within 4 hours of the reservation to allow for cancelled or delayed flights.
To avoid being charged for hourly services you must cancel your reservation at least 24 hours before service time*. You must provide confirmation # for each reservation.

Q: Do you have a Guarantee of Service?

A: After you have received your "Confirmation" with a Trip Number, your car is guaranteed to be there waiting for you. (Reservation must be made at least 12 hour prior to the time of service and with a valid credit card.)

Q: Do your chauffeurs assist me with my luggage?
|

A: Yes, our chauffeurs are intensively trained to help you at every step that includes helping out with your luggage.

Q: Can I request for the chauffeur to take a scenic route to my destination from the Airport?

A: PAULANDPIERRE LIMOUSINE`S chauffeurs are instructed to use the most direct route for expedited travel to and from the Airport. If your trip is at an hourly base you may instruct the Chauffeur to take whichever route you prefer.

Q: Do you provide car seats?

A: PAULANDPIERRE limousine can provide you with a car seat of your choice.We carry infant, toddler and booster seats.

Q: Do you have a lost and found department?
|

A: Yes, we do. All recovered items are returned to our headquarters if found. PAULANDPIERRE limousine is not responsible for any articles that are left behind in our vehicles, but we do our best to help you locate any lost items.

Q: When is my credit card charged?

A: PAULANDPIERRE limousine requires a credit card to secure your reservation. Please note your credit card is NOT charged until the day of service!

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We accept all major credit cards including American Express, Discover Card, MasterCard and Visa. We require a credit card only to hold your reservation. Cash can be paid on the day of service and your credit card will not be charged.

Q: What about cities and towns that are not in your system?

A: PAULANDPIERRE limousine is a nationwide ground transportation company. Please ask our reservations agent for other cities that we service.

Q: Do you provide transportation only to and from the airports?
|

A: PAULANDPIERRE limousine is more than just airport transportation. We provide limousine service for all occasions including birthdays, weddings, proms, corporate events, conventions, nights out in the town or just a trip to and from the airport.
